Are you taking new patients? Yes, we are currently taking new patients ages 15 and older. For information on consultations for younger children, please give us a call or send an email at http://pappashealth.com/contact-us/   What insurances do you take? Do you accept Medicare?
  • We DO NOT  accept or participate with any insurance and have  Opted-Out  of Medicare and are considered out-of-network. Please check with your insurance to see if you have out-of-network benefits.
** we will provide you with a HCFA claim form for you to submit to your insurance**
  • We DO submit all lab work to the insurance. (Note: The amount charged may be greater than the amount reimbursed by your insurance plan. You will be held responsible for payment of the difference.)
  • We have opted out of Medicare but will manage submission of all blood work to Medicare on your behalf.
This decision to switch to a direct pay model has come as a result of our desire to to be your doctor and put your care ahead of insurance paperwork and contractual requirements.   Are you a conceriege practice? We are not a concierge practice. We offer two optional membership plans depending on your needs and what kind of direct access you would like with Dr Pappas, such as text messaging and direct-dial calling.   Our visits are billed according to the time spent with Dr Pappas. Please see our pricing list, available here: http://pappashealth.com/fees/   Do you offer Primary Care services? Dr Pappas does offer primary care services and coordination of care which includes but is not limited to:
  • Presciption Services
    • New prescriptions, refills and Prior Authorizations
  • Orders
    • Including: Physical/Occupational Therapy, Plan of Care, Imaging, Blood Work and other testing, DME, etc.
  • Referrals
  • Consultations for:
    • Annual Physical Exams, consultation for work and school forms, acute visits, etc.
