We offer optional memberships to patients interested in utilizing our practice for more than just our approach to medicine via consultations. Our annual Gold, Silver, and Primary Care Plus options expand the services our practice can offer and include multiple clinical and administrative benefits.
Our Gold and Silver members receive direct access to our clinical team, can expect same- or next-day appointments upon request, are the first to receive practice news and updates, and more.
Patients enrolled in our Primary Care Plus service can request that we take over almost any service that is typically managed by other specialists in their care team.
Membership models are becoming very popular in our current state of healthcare. These models go by many names such as, “concierge” or, “retainer-based.” In this age of very high deductibles, many patients are realizing that their money may be better spent under one’s own control with a proactive service tailored to their personal needs.
Having a closer and more intimate relationship with one’s physician is especially valued in a time of doctor’s demands to see more and more patients.
Other noteworthy features of these membership models typically include better access and enhanced coordination of care with a broader focus on preventive care.
I will be offering an OPTIONAL membership program for my patients that combines the best of a traditional concierge with my unique integrative and holistic approach to build and enhance our connection.

Although the practice focuses more on consultative services, we will continue to have a primary care component available to patients who would like us to be a core part of their care team.
